It looks like a very interesting game. I am very intrigued by all pvp, no pve concept, and how it's meant to be very fast paced. The graphics are very good as well. It looks like it has a lot of potential to become one of the best pvp games out there.

Where's the Warhammer Online thread?
I get a goddamned flying disc in that game. Fury does not have that. Fury will have JR though, which can only mean bad things.

Fury forums get like 2 posts per week... so far there's no community there to discuss anything. There is one here. Derf?

Though I have no problem with Fury being discussed on these forums, and indeed, off-topic isn't just for spammy conversational posts or forum games, but rather, non-guild wars interests, I find that to be silly reasoning.
A community's not going to just grow overnight. While passing on the interest via word-of-mouth, such as right here, is important, active participation is equally, if not moreso.
On-topic, the game looks moderately interesting, but meh, I don't think I'm picking up more games for some time.

as far as graphics go... i think that this is proof enough that it easily outdoes GW
http://www.unleashthefury.com/slides...ir=ss&Img=pic7
on the subscribe note: as long as it doesn't go stupid like other "optional" subscription games (e.g. gunbound), the company should make a nice clip of cash just from selling cd keys. this seems to me kind of like an elder scrolls/ guildwars bastardized child. Im looking forward to a real game and not this dried up POS (guildwars) being constantly shat on by the devs.

Whoever said Fury looks bad must be barely meeting the requirements. On a decent PC the game looks great.

Prediction: Fury will be released with mediocre ratings from critics, and will be ignored by a vast majority of the gaming population, but will have a small, very fiercely loyal group of fans.
I'm reserving judgment until they announce their official subscription scheme.

Is it just me or do their devs seem, I dunno... childish?
'We have the greatest RPG ever and its fast but its not an RPG and its so great because almost everyone who plays it absolutely loves it!!!!!!!!!'
That's not really what they say, but it's what I hear when I read through the site.

Looks aren't everything.
And "free to play" can mean some very different things. Many "free" games require you to purchase the good stuff if you want to be competitive, ANet hasn't taken that approach, that's why I think their method is superior: "buy the game and then no hidden costs to play."
This is much better than, "the game is totally free, but for our gold members who pay a monthly fee/unlock fee you will gain access to elite weapons and armor and/or new areas in the game world unavailable to non-gold members!"
But, it's a big pond so Fury has a shot at success as any other game.

This game reminds me of Raikon. Except with cooler graphics. Hopefully it will be as fun to play as it reads.
